October Status update |

Big and exciting news has been happening at Teacher's Billiards at
Centre Pointe Drive in the past week. Teacher's has a new look on
the inside... after moving a few tables here and there,
repositioning the booths, karaoke, lights, tables, blah blah blah..
it's changed the entire atmosphere for the better. With all this,
Soundwerx has gotten the opportunity to finally give back to the
community at last. We are now streaming live karaoke shows to friends and families out of state, to our military who are overseas in an attempt to bring everyone a little closer to home! You are still getting the show that you have come to know and enjoy, but now you can show your talent to everyone who is watching. Our premier broadcast will be this evening from 9:00 (CST) to 1am (CST). To watch the show, simply click the play button on the right hand side. You can even chat with us if you join the chat session. You will be asked to log in, but it is a free registration and we'd love to have you there! So with that being said we'd love to have you come to Teacher's and have yourselves a great time. We have the best karaoke in town, FREE pool until the end of October, and lots of good beer. |

CUMULATIVE UPDATE AND SCHEDULE |

We have updates, once again yes we do. There is a cumulative update
for May - August so check out the new stuff and sing it when ya come
out to visit us.
Current Schedule is as follows: Wednesday - Teachers from 9 - 1 (all ages welcome) Wednesday - Duchesne Bar and Grill from 9 - 1 Friday - Teachers from 9 - 1 (all ages welcome) Friday - Moto Sushi from 9:30 - 12:00 Saturday - Teachers from 9 - 1 (all ages welcome) Saturday - Moto Sushi from 9:30 - 12:00 Saturday - Duchesne Bar and Grill from 9 - 1 Any place you decide to go, you're going to have one hell of a time with good friends, good drinks, and the best karaoke in town! |

That's right folks, you've heard correctly. Soundwerx now has a new
venue at
Moto Sushi every Friday and
Saturday night from 9:30p - 12:00a. Yes I know it's a short night,
but you know what, it's a good start for now. If we can wind up rocking this place out we may be able to get to stay a little later. So if you like sushi and sake or just want a good ol' fashioned Budweiser while singing or listening to karaoke, then come on over and hang out with us for a while! Cause I'll tell you, this ain't your grandma's typical karaoke. |

July Status Update |

Whomever said that running your own business is a piece of cake was
wrong! Oh don't get me wrong, I am enjoying every minute of it,
which leads me to my point of writing this. We have just ordered new Soundwerx Tee-Shirts (for the guys) and Tank Tops (for the ladies). They are black with silver letters. If you would like to show us your support then please buy a shirt. Any money that we receive will go the Soundwerx Appreciation Fund so we can buy more songs and equipment to keep you all happy and coming back to see us! • Tank Tops: $15.00 • Tee-Shirts: $10.00
Oh yea... a bit of a reminder guys, every 2nd and 4th Monday, we will be actively searching for new songs. If you have a request for either music or karaoke, please let us know on our Facebook page. Finally after months of trying to get my the
Soundwerx site updated on this new Windows 7 machine, I have finally
been able to do so. A cumulative update for the months of January, February, March, and April have finally been uploaded. I know... it's about time right? Make sure you check those songs out because we're bringing you all the newest and hottest tunes that our faithful karaoke companies can provide us with. Now for the big and exciting news. We're going to be at Teacher's Billiards starting this Sunday the 17th for Karaoke and Trivia night, so I'd start brushing up on your entertainment knowledge. CURRENT SCHEDULE

February Status Update |

I want to apologize to you all for the lack of updates on the site
as of late. Things have gotten quite hectic on our end over here,
but rest assured we are doing our best to get the songs that have
been requested of us by our patrons. Due to some issues that Snibos is currently undergoing, they have decided to not have karaoke there anymore, but we did manage to pick up Saturday nights over at the Duchesne Bar and Grill by Lindenwood College from 9pm to 1am. It's a great place with cheap drinks and some great "Fast Eddies" style food. I recommend the Brats!! In any case guys, we'll be updating our song list here in the next week or so and get the new stuff uploaded to our laptop so we can't bring you the tunes you love to sing! January Status Update |

We have some more new songs getting ready to be incorporated to the
library. We also have new song books being printed up today. To give
you a sneak preview of the designs, check out the pictures just
below here. it may take a bit to load.
In this book are about 5000 new songs, most of which you'll find on the update page. Remember, if you have a song that you'd like to request we get, all you have to do is go to our Facebook page and copy this request into a new message for us. We'll also have a request form at our shows. Name of Song: xxx Name of Artist: xxx Your Name: xxx Once you submit the song request, it can take anywhere from 48 - 72 hours to get the song. Now remember, not all songs are made for karaoke, usually top hits and singles, but we'll make every effort to get it if we can. Take care everyone and we'll see you soon. Oh yes, I almost forgot. We now have the Saturday night show at the Duchesne Bar and Grill from 9pm until 1am. Also Snibo's show's are going to be put on hold for a bit, but not to worry. We'll be back there as soon as possible. |

New Years Eve Parties |

First off I want to say thank you to everyone who has been a part of our lives this past year. This is to our employers, to our friends, family, our singers, and even to those people who don't actually get up and sing, but still come to listen anyways. We would like to invite you all to our New Years Eve Shows. • Caleco's Italian Restaurant - Karaoke with DJ Chris • Snibo's Sports Bar and Café - DJ Only - with Heather G Both shows start at 9:00pm and will finish on or around 1:00am. This is going to be a ton of fun. There's going to be lots of kissing, lots of drinking, lots of mistletoe, lots of cameltoe, um.. WOW.. maybe not, can't be for certain though, but dangit there will be plenty of music to keep it going all night long! So come on out, bring a friend or two we won't mind... the more the merrier! |

Here we are, one again on the verge of
another year gone by and in our usual fashion, are making a few
additions to the website to make it a little easier for you to
navigate and find what it is you're looking for.
First of which, are these new update boxes which will appear on the front of the site with news pertaining to updates, show schedules, and any other bits on info that we'd like to share with you. The other things we're adding, well... we can't tell you just yet, because we don't exactly know, but as soon as we know, we'll tell you! |
